Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation
All appointments must be reviewed and confirmed by Jen before they are finalised. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been approved.
Please ensure you have selected the correct treatment when booking, including nail infills and any nail art services you require.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice may result in your booking being marked as a late cancellation.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings requiring advance payment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash or card.
No advance payment or booking fees are required when making your appointment, however you will need to confirm your card details when making an appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or do not attend your appointment, then you will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed nail services.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please speak with Jen immediately so we can work together to resolve any concerns.
5. Appointment Expectations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
Please ensure your nails are clean and free from old polish unless removal is part of your booked service.
If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform Jen before your treatment begins.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your nail treatment.
If you have any cuts, infections, or concerns about your nail or skin health, we may need to postpone your appointment.
All equipment is properly sanitised between clients in accordance with health and safety regulations.
7. Liability
While we take every care to provide safe, professional nail services, Just Peachy by Jen cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to products or any adverse effects that occur after your appointment.
Please follow all aftercare advice provided to ensure the best results from your treatment.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
By booking an appointment with Just Peachy by Jen, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments in cases of inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with our policies.
